航天诱变金针菇耐高温和早熟性栽培研究

以金针菇航天诱变种(航金1号、航金2号)和亲本“江山白”为试验材料,通过不同条件栽培试验,对3个品种的耐高温性和早熟性进行了比较。结果表明,与亲本对照相比,两个航天诱变种表现出较好的耐高温和提早成熟的特性。其中又以航金1号最佳。同时研究发现,在30℃的高温下,航金1号和航金2号菌丝体仍可正常生长,而对照却出现老化现象;在18℃的相对高温下,航金1号和航金2号可正常出菇,而对照极少出菇。通过不同的栽培配方比较发现,以配方为棉籽壳34%、杂木屑34%、麦麸25%、玉米粉5%、石膏1%、蔗糖1%的培养料栽培出的金针菇产量较高。 The high temperature tolerance and early maturity of the three cultivars were compared with the cultivated test of Flammulina velutipes (Huijin No.1 and Hangjin2) and their parents “Jiangshanbai”. The results showed that the production of Flammulina velutipes with 34% of cotton seed hulls, 34% of wood chips, 25% of wheat bran, 5% of corn flour, 1% of gypsum and 1% of sucrose was higher than that of the other cultivated recipes.
