Modern enterprises regard human resources management as the core. In the process of human resources management, the social security system of enterprises is perfect, which can protect the interests of workers. The reasonable application of incentive mechanism can effectively improve the enthusiasm of employees and enhance their vitality. This article will briefly discuss the existing problems and countermeasures in the social insurance system and incentive mechanism in human resource management.
