目的联合检测SLE患者的多种自身抗体,为临床诊疗提供依据。方法免疫印迹法检测120例SLE患者AnuA、抗Sm、抗SSA、抗SSB、抗Rib,间接免疫荧光法(IIF)检测抗ds-DNA和ANA,60例健康体检者做为对照组。结果SLE患者ANA、抗ds-DNA、AunA、抗Sm、抗SSA、抗SSB和抗Rib阳性率分别为69.2%、70.8%、74.2%、35.0%、42.5%、11.7%和26.7%。活动期ANA、抗ds-DNA和AunA阳性率分别为90.7%、98.1%和83.3%,非活动期分别为51.5%、48.5%和66.7%,三项指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01、P<0.01和P<0.05)。60例对照组各项检测结果均为阴性。结论联合检测SLE多种自身抗体在提高SLE的诊断分型及疗效评价等方面具有重要意义。
Objective To detect multiple autoantibodies in patients with SLE and provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect AnuA in 120 patients with SLE. Anti-Sm, anti-SSA, anti-SSB, anti-Rib, and indirect immunofluorescence (IIF) were used to detect anti-dsDNA and ANA in 60 healthy subjects. Results The positive rates of ANA, anti-dsDNA, AunA, anti-Sm, anti-SSA, anti-SSB and anti-Rib were 69.2%, 70.8%, 74.2%, 35.0%, 42.5%, 11.7% and 26.7%, respectively. The positive rates of ANA, anti-dsDNA and AunA in active stage were 90.7%, 98.1% and 83.3% respectively, and those in inactive stage were 51.5%, 48.5% and 66.7%, respectively , P <0.01 and P <0.05). 60 cases of the control group of the test results were negative. Conclusions Combined detection of multiple autoantibodies against SLE is of great significance in improving the diagnostic typing and efficacy evaluation of SLE.
