中国的高等职业教育近10年来得到了飞速发展,与此同时,高等职业院校发展的“木桶效应”现象也日显突出,严重影响了高职教育的培养质量,制约了高等职业院校规模与质量的协调发展。针对这一现象,在分析高职院校师资队伍成为“最短木桶板”及形成原因的基础上,探讨了从明确师资队伍建设指导思想、改善师资队伍结构、加强师资培养培训、加快专业骨干人才队伍建设等方面,建设高质量师资队伍的对策。
