随着现代计算机信息化技术的发展,高职院校的信息化建设更是在不断的进步,高职院校中档案的信息化建设,不仅是档案事业发展中重要的变革,同时也是高职院校档案工作由静态、封闭的管理方式转向更自由的信息化管理方式的必经之路。本文从现阶段高职院校的档案事业工作中具体分析了档案信息化管理方式所面临的主要问题,并对此提出了促进高职院校档案信息化事业发展的手段和策略。
With the development of modern computer information technology, the informationization construction of higher vocational colleges is making continuous progress. The information construction of middle files in higher vocational colleges is not only an important change in the development of archives, but also a higher vocational college Institutional archives work from static, closed management approach to a more free way of information management must pass. In this paper, the author analyzes the main problems faced by archives information management from the archival work in higher vocational colleges at present, and puts forward the means and tactics to promote the development of archival informationization in higher vocational colleges.
