介绍沥青拌和设备用袋式除尘器的结构和工作过程,在三维建模软件Pro/E中建立J3000型和GLB-3000型袋式除尘器的实体模型,运用流体力学仿真软件Fluent对两类袋式除尘器内部流场进行分析对比。结果表明:两类袋式除尘器内部的流场分布不均,进口方向沿导流板存在射流带,下箱体均存在涡旋,布袋受力不均,使用寿命较短,除尘效率较低。提出改进措施并对改进前后效果进行对比分析。
The structure and work process of bag filter for asphalt mixing plant are introduced. The solid model of J3000 and GLB-3000 bag filter are established in the three-dimensional modeling software Pro / E. Fluent is applied to two types of bag Dust collector internal flow field analysis and comparison. The results show that the flow field inside the two types of bag filter is unevenly distributed, the jet flow belt along the guide plate along the inlet direction is vortexed in the lower box body, the force is uneven, the service life is short, and the dust collection efficiency is low . Put forward improvement measures and make comparative analysis on the effect before and after the improvement.
