在大鼠自体血凝块颅内注入的脑血肿模型上 ,给予中风脑得平冲剂进行治疗。实验结果 :大鼠脑血肿形成后 ,脑组织Na+ 、Ca2 + 及H2 O的含量明显升高 ;脑血管通透性增强 ,脑内伊文斯蓝 (E vantsBlueEB)含量显著增加 ,且有随病程增加而逐渐增高之趋势。应用中风脑得平冲剂后 ,可明显减轻上述指标的异常升高 ,尤其在降低脑水、Na+ 含量方面作用更为显著 ,证明该药对实验性脑血肿诱发的脑水肿有明显的治疗作用
