很久以前地震就导致动力工程的破坏,但是抗震变电所的设计与施工实际上只是现在才开始。到目前为止才积累了有关变电所地震后果的一些资料,分析这些资料具有重大的科学实际意义。迄今《抗震变电所冂C》尚无明确的概念。为了拟订抗震式电气设备的设计基本原则和标准,苏联临时科技委员会通过了决议(1990年1月22日的记录)。该决议建议订货人和设计单位对具体建设项目的抗震性应提出以下可达到的要求:
Earthquakes caused the destruction of power engineering long ago, but the design and construction of earthquake-resistant substations actually only started now. Only some data on the earthquake consequences of substations have been accumulated so far. It is of great scientific practical significance to analyze these data. So far, there is no clear concept of “seismic substations”. In order to formulate basic design principles and standards for earthquake-resistant electrical equipment, the Soviet Provisional Science and Technology Commission adopted a resolution (record dated January 22, 1990). The resolution proposes that the orderer and design agency should propose the following achievable requirements for the seismic resistance of specific construction projects:
