采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和硬度计测试了一种高合金耐磨铸铁的组织与硬度。结果表明,该耐磨铸铁铸态组织主要由马氏体、莱氏体、TiC和(Fe-S-Ti-C)化合物组成,具有较高的硬度和抗高温软化性能。
The microstructure and hardness of a high alloy wear-resistant cast iron were tested by optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and hardness tester. The results show that the as-cast austenitic cast iron mainly consists of martensite, ledeburite, TiC and (Fe-S-Ti-C) compounds with high hardness and high temperature softening resistance.
