道德认知、品行养成的关键是自我体验。缺乏自我体验的品德教育活动是苍白无力的,因为这样的教育不可能沁入学生的心灵,也不可能使学生实现道德认知的自我建构。德育活动特色在于丰富学生对品德与行为的过程体验。学校的“家乡好孩子”德育活动,多样性地融入学生的生活,多方式地引导学生参与过程体验,使德育活动过程真正成为学生的生命体验过程,有效地促进了学生的成长成才。
Moral cognition, character development is the key to self-experience. The lack of self-experience of moral education activities is pale and weak, because such education can not penetrate into the students’ minds, it is impossible to enable students to realize the self-construction of moral cognition. Moral education activities are characterized by enriching students’ process experience of morality and behavior. The school ’s “hometown good boy ” moral education activities, diversified into the student life, guide students to participate in the process of experience in many ways, so that the process of moral education truly become the student life experience process, effectively promoted the growth of students.
