「本刊讯」由中国劳动保护科学技术学会等单位主办的全国首届安全文化高层战略研讨会于1995年4月10至12日在中国地质大学隆重举行。劳动部、国家核应急办、国务院有关部委(总公司)、相关兄弟学会、协会及北京市政府有关部门的领导和全国安全与减灾界的专家、学者百余人出席了会议。 会议期间,劳动部李伯勇部长到会听取专家学者的意见,并作了重要讲话。 会议向社会推出已率先出版的中国第一套安全文化系列丛书《中国安全文化建设—研究与探索》(之一)和《中国现代安全管理新编》(之二)。 会上有50余篇高水平的学术论文进行研讨和交流,与会专家、学者为寻求公众容易 The first edition of this newsletter, sponsored by China Labor Protection Science and Technology Institute and other units, was held in China University of Geosciences on April 10 to 12, 1995. More than 100 experts and scholars from the Ministry of Labor, the State Nuclear Emergency Management Office, the relevant ministries and commissions under the State Council (head office), relevant fraternal societies, associations and relevant Beijing municipal government departments and the national security and disaster reduction community attended the conference. During the meeting, Minister Li Bo Yong of the Ministry of Labor attended the meeting and listened to the opinions of experts and scholars and made an important speech. The conference introduced to society the first series of safety culture in China (“China’s Construction of Safety Culture - Research and Exploration” (1)) and “China’s New Management of Modern Safety Management” (2).
