前言动物血液中的游离脂肪酸(FFA)含量是一项重要的生理生化指标。近来有学者认为,猪血清中的FFA含量与猪胴体瘦肉率之间有一定的相关性。为了进一步开展这方面的研究工作,需要一种灵敏、准确、快速测定血样中FFA含量的分析方法。测定血样中的FFA含量有多种方法。较早的有滴定法,目前报导较多的有气—液色谱法和铜皂分光光度法,此外还有高压液相色谱法,酶法,和放射分析法等。在这些方法中,铜皂分光光度法是一种比较简单、快速和实用的方法,适合于一般条件的实验室应用。
Introduction The free fatty acid (FFA) content in animal blood is an important physiological and biochemical indicator. Recently, some scholars believe that there is a certain correlation between the FFA content in pig serum and the carcass lean percentage. In order to carry out further research work in this area, we need a sensitive, accurate and rapid method for the determination of FFA in blood samples. There are many ways to determine the FFA content in a blood sample. Older titration methods, there are more reported gas-liquid chromatography and copper soap spectrophotometry, in addition to high pressure liquid chromatography, enzymatic, and radioactive analysis. Among these methods, copper soap spectrophotometry is a relatively simple, rapid and practical method suitable for general-purpose laboratory applications.
