“个人—家庭”运动员培养模式是我国运动员培养多元化发展的重要组成部分,但这种培养模式在实际操作过程中却遭遇了尴尬。为了弄清“个人—家庭”运动员培养模式在发展过程中所遭遇的问题,通过质性研究的方法对我国17个采用“个人—家庭”模式培养运动员的家庭进行深入访谈。调查发现目前我国“个人—家庭”培养模式存在的主要问题表现在:“培养人”与“培养运动员”的矛盾问题;学习与训练时间的分配问题;教育与竞技体育的衔接问题和一些值得商榷的教育政策问题等。通过分析发现现有的教育体制和运动员培养体制之间的冲突是造成这些问题的主要原因之一,要解决两种体制之间的冲突,促进我国“个人—家庭”运动员培养模式的发展,必须处理好“培养人”的问题、高等教育的责任问题和教育与体育资源的分配问题等。解决教育体制与运动员培养体制的冲突问题是促进我国“个人—家庭”运动员培养模式发展的重要途径,同时以家庭为单位培养运动员对促进我国群众体育发展有着重要的意义。
“Individual - family ” athlete training mode is an important part of diversified development of athletes in our country, but this training mode has encountered embarrassment in the actual operation. In order to find out the problems encountered in the development of “individual - family” athlete training mode, we conducted in-depth interviews with 17 families adopting “personal-family” mode to cultivate athletes through qualitative research. The survey found that the main problems existing in the current “personal - family” training mode are as follows: the contradiction between “training people” and “cultivating athletes”; the distribution of learning and training time; the problems of education and competitive sports Convergence problems and some issues of education policy that are debatable. Through the analysis, it is found that the conflict between the existing education system and athlete training system is one of the main causes of these problems. It is necessary to solve the conflict between the two systems and to promote the development of the training mode of “individual family ” athletes in our country , We must deal with the problem of “cultivating people”, the responsibility of higher education and the distribution of education and sports resources. Solving the conflict between educational system and athlete training system is an important way to promote the development of athlete training mode in China. At the same time, cultivating athletes with family as a unit is of great significance to the development of mass sports in our country.
