某装配式超限高层项目由两栋高层塔楼及下部三层裙房形成大底盘双塔结构。塔楼采用装配整体式框架-现浇剪力墙结构。塔楼存在扭转不规则、偏心布置、顶部收进、复杂结构、平面凹凸尺寸偏大等超限情况,属于超限高层结构。主要针对塔楼和裙房的工程特点及在超限高层结构设计一些关键问题进行介绍,对塔楼进行弹性分析、时程分析和静力弹塑性分析,分析结果表明,结构各项性能指标均符合国家规范的要求。
A fabricated overrun high-rise project consists of two high-rise towers and the lower three-story podium to form a large chassis twin tower structure. The tower is assembled with a monolithic frame - cast-in-place shear wall structure. Mainly for the tower and podium engineering characteristics and in the design of over-limit high-rise structure of some of the key issues of the tower for the analysis of elasticity, time-history analysis and static elasto-plastic analysis, the results show that the structure of the performance indicators are in line with the state Regulatory requirements.
