目的对空间驱避蚊测试方法进行研究,确认准确度高且便于实施的实验室测试方法。方法利用圆筒、方箱、模拟房及其组合实施几种不同的空间驱避蚊测试方法,对比在使用同样蚊种,同样测试样品室温挥发情况下实验室得出数据的差异性。根据理论分析及产品的现实使用效果对几种实验方法进行比较和分析。结果 4种测试方法均可体现驱蚊植物精油或以20%的驱蚊植物精油制作的驱蚊胶有驱蚊或避蚊的效果,模拟房及模拟房和方箱组合的测试结果与理论和现实使用效果最接近。结论模拟房内方箱避蚊测试被确认为最理想的测试方法。
OBJECTIVE To study the space repellent mosquito test method to confirm the laboratory test method with high accuracy and ease of implementation. Methods Several different methods of repelling mosquitoes in space were implemented by using cylinder, square box, simulated house and their combination.
