渐近线是双曲线教学的重点和难点.过去,唯恐学生听不懂,课堂上讲得很多,学生也听清楚了,但课中对教师的讲法感到迷惑不解.如,有些学生问:“怎样知道存在这条直线y=±b ax?”“在证明过程中为什么想到把x-x2-a槡2有理化?”这就促使笔者反思:在数学教学中怎样根据学生年龄特征,在传授知识同时培养能力,发展心智,提高数学素养,值得深思.事实上,高二的学生已具有独立思考能力,思想活跃,创新发现的欲望强烈,故在渐近线的教学中,釆用以下五点策
