The establishment of a socialist market economic system has enabled Chinese enterprises to enter a new historical stage and will face a survival and development environment full of competition and challenges. Faced with this severe new situation and new environment, the enterprise development strategy of science and technology enterprises and information guidance makes the role of scientific and technological information more and more important.
