企业为了能够在激烈的市场竞争中处于不败之地,实现自身的总体战略目标,就要持续提高管理水平。应用PDCA的循环管理方法,每循环一次,就解决一部分问题,取得一部分成果,工作就前进一步,水平就进步一步。在一轮PDCA运行结束后,通过总结分析取得的效果,对成功的经验加以肯定,并予以推广,对于失败的教训也要引起重视,对于没有解决的问题,提交给下一个PDCA循环中去解决。逐步建立长效运行机制,企业管理水平在PDCA的不断循环运行中实现阶梯式上升。
