Today I will discuss how the quality major adapts to future service quality requirements. I will provide a lot of information, including the 2005 ASQ Report on Future Research. 1 ASQ Future Study 2005 1.1 Overview ASQ was commissioned in 2005 to make a study on the future, looking once again at quality and how ASQ will adapt to this new world, including a re-understanding of innovation. This is the future, and the future is the present. It’s an exciting story about the future of society, its quality, and yours. It’s so exciting that I do not know how it ends or how to get started. We all know that understanding the past is necessary. But now, knowing the past is not enough, we must also foresee the future.
