随着我国治理化转型的不断深入,建立一个高效廉洁的政府已成为当务之急。本文对“高薪”与“养廉”之间的关系进行分析,认为高薪只是养廉的其中一个手段,还需要辅以制度反腐,立足于中国社会发展的现实基础和发展阻力,吸收他国成功经验,从薪资、法律、监督、道德多管齐下。
