为探讨一次性的短暂低氧作用及 1小时的间歇性低氧暴露对心功能的影响。本研究对体育学院体育教育专业 2 5名男性大学生实施一定组合的间歇性低氧暴露 ,并对低氧暴露前、后反映左心室收缩功能 (STI)及心脏泵血功能 (ICG)的相关指标进行比较。结果表明 ,1小时的间歇性低氧暴露可引起射血前期延长、左室射血时间缩短 ,心功能特征比值 (PEP/LVET)增大。同时 ,血管顺应性提高 ,总外周阻力下降 ,每搏输出量、每分输出量提高 ,心功能指数升高 ,心脏泵血功能加强。
To investigate the one-time transient hypoxia and 1 hour intermittent hypoxic exposure to cardiac function.
