目的 :探讨高原世居与移居两种不同人群对高原低氧环境的适应机理。方法 :对海拔 4 30 0m的 2 5名世居藏族与 2 5名移居汉族青年拍摄正位X线胸片 ,测量心血管有关指标。结果 :移居汉族青年较世居藏族青年心高径、心脏面积及升主动脉宽径显著增大和心胸比率相差显著 (P <0 .0 5) ,右心室高径、主肺动脉干横径、肺动脉段突出度、右下肺动脉宽径、主动脉结宽径、主动脉长径、胸廓横径及肺面积增大非常显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :高原世居藏族青年的心血管功能明显优于移居汉族青年。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the adaptation mechanisms of highland native and migrant populations to the hypoxia environment in the plateau. Methods: Twenty-five youths living in the area of 4 030m and 2 5 migrant Han nationality were photographed to collect the radiographs of X-ray and the related cardiovascular indicators were measured. Results: The heart height, heart area, width of ascending aorta and the ratio of cardiothoracic were significantly different (P <0.05), the diameter of right ventricle, the diameter of main pulmonary artery, the diameter of pulmonary artery Sectional protrusion, right lower pulmonary artery width, aortic node width, aortic length, thoracic diameter and lung area increased significantly (P <0.01). Conclusion: The cardiovascular function of native Tibetans in Plateau is better than that of migrant Han nationality.
