花生(Arachis hypogaea L.)锈病(Puccinia arachidis Speg)是花生重要的真菌病害之一,它是一种暴发性的流行病害,对花生生产危害很大,因而已在世界范围内受到了普遍的重视。迄今,国内外对其病理学、流行学和防治方法进行了大量的研究,并取得了较大的进展。从经济效益和生态效益的角度出发,培育和种植抗病品种是防治花生锈病的一条很好的途径,花生抗锈性的遗传和育种研究工作也因此倍受关注。近十多年来,国内外一些研究单位相继开展了花生锈病的抗性遗传育种研究,现将有关的研究情况作一综述,为进一步的研究工作提供参考。
Puccinia arachidis Speg is one of the most important fungal diseases in peanut. It is a kind of epidemic disease which is very harmful to the peanut production and has received universal attention in the world. . So far, a great deal of research has been done on its pathology, epidemiology and prevention methods at home and abroad, and great progress has been made. In terms of economic benefits and ecological benefits, cultivation and cultivation of disease-resistant varieties is a good way to prevent and control peanut rust. Therefore, the research on genetics and breeding of peanut rust has drawn much attention. In recent ten years, some research institutes at home and abroad have carried out genetic breeding of resistance to peanut rust one by one. The relevant research situation is reviewed now, providing reference for further research work.
