近些年来国家陆续制定了大学生灵活就业的政策,越来越多的高校毕业生和就业单位选择社会档案代理机构作为人事管理的中介,但在档案代理工作中,档案管理不规范、弃档现象严重、代理机构职能相对单一等问题凸显。由此,本文将结合当前我国高校毕业生档案代理服务中存在的问题,从档案代理服务主体入手,提出高校毕业生档案代理服务的创新机制及保障此机制运行的保障措施。
In recent years, the state has successively formulated a flexible employment policy for college students. More and more college graduates and employers choose social agencies as agency for human resource management.
