用7～30周人胚胎71例,新生儿3例,以组织学、组织化学及免疫金银法研究胃的组织发生。结果发现,7周胚胃上皮为复层柱状,含大量糖原颗粒。9周胚出现单层柱状上皮、胃小凹及胃腺原基,腺底部可见少数壁细胞。胃窦幽门腺也有壁细胞。13～14周,胃窦及胃底相继出现粘膜肌,能分辨胃壁的4层结构。12周时,胃底和胃窦已出现少数嗜银细胞,分散存在于表面上皮或集中于腺下部,呈圆形、锥形和梭形。14周始,胃窦嗜银细胞比胃底多,18周时嗜银细胞最多,其中有的细胞具有突起伸向壁细胞或基膜。15～30周,胃底EC细胞形态多样,有开放型EC细胞。13、16、21周胃窦G细胞呈圆形或锥形,有聚集成群现象。电镜下观察到胃窦有发育中的G细胞。
Tissue, histochemistry and immunogold-silver method were used to study the occurrence of gastric tissue in 71 cases of human embryos from 7 to 30 weeks and 3 cases of newborn. The results showed that 7 weeks embryo epithelial layer for the columnar, with a large number of glycogen particles. Nine weeks embryo monolayer columnar epithelium, gastric pits and gastric gland primordia, a small number of parietal cells can be seen at the bottom of the gland. Pyloric glands also have parietal cells. 13 to 14 weeks, gastric and gastric fundus mucosal appeared one after another, can distinguish the four-story structure of the stomach wall. At 12 weeks, there appeared a few argyrophilic cells in gastric fundus and gastric antrum, scattered in the surface epithelium or concentrated in the lower part of the gland, which were round, conical and fusiform. 14 weeks ago, gastric argyrophilic cells more than the fundus, 18 weeks, the largest number of argyrophilic cells, some of which have protrusions protruding parietal cells or basement membrane. 15 to 30 weeks, gastric fundal EC cells in various forms, there are open-type EC cells. 13, 16, 21 weeks gastric antrum G cells were round or tapered, clustered phenomenon. Under the electron microscope, there are developing G cells in the antrum.
