近来,安徽省电网企业围绕着国网公司的“一强三优”发展目标,按照“三抓一创”工作思路,积极推行集约化、规范化、精细化的财务管理。如何转变原有的管理理念,改变原来粗放型的管理模式,使财务管理能够适应公司的可持续发展能力和综合竞争能力的要求,成为当前的重要课题。笔者认为,主要应通过以下三个途径来实现。
