胆固醇性心包炎是一甚为少见的疾病,国内报告很少,我们遇到了一例,观察七年,报告如下。患者陈××,女,43岁,农民,因胸闷,气急,不能平卧伴有眼睑及双下肿浮肿3—4月,经当地治疗无效,于1978年6月29日入院。临床检查:贫血貌,眼睑及双下肢浮肿,心率80次/分,心浊音界向两侧扩大未闻及杂音及心包摩擦音,余无特殊。静脉压测定首次155mmH_2O,末次128mmH_2O,妊娠4个月。化验室检查:红血球180万/mm~2,血色素40％,白血球5800/mm~3,中性77％,
