在对贵州省科技型企业成长梯队发展现状分析的基础上,本文研究了制约梯队科技型企业发展的主要因素,提出了进一步发展壮大贵州省科技型企业成长梯队的对策建议。贵州应在拓展企业投融资渠道、加强人才团队建设、营造良好创新环境、提高企业研发能力和提升企业市场能力等方面保障科技型企业成长梯队进一步发展壮大。 Based on the analysis of the status quo of the growth team of science and technology enterprises in Guizhou Province, this paper studies the main factors restricting the development of science and technology enterprises and proposes the countermeasures and suggestions for further development and growth of science and technology enterprises in Guizhou Province. Guizhou should ensure that the growth echelon of science and technology enterprises will further develop and expand in terms of expanding channels for investment and financing of enterprises, strengthening talent team building, creating a good and innovative environment, enhancing R & D capabilities and enhancing market capabilities of enterprises.
