探讨了白菜材料类型、球型、熟性等不同遗传背景以及培养基中添加活性炭对小孢子胚胎发生能力(MEA)的影响。结果表明:结球白菜比不结球白菜、结球白菜中的叠抱类型比合抱类型、早熟类型比中晚熟类型具有更高的MEA。培养基中添加一定浓度的活性炭能明显促进培养小孢子的胚胎发生及发育,特别对低MEA材料的促进作用更为显著。
The effects of different genetic backgrounds such as the type of material, globular shape and maturity, and the addition of activated carbon in the medium on embryogenesis (MEA) of microspores were discussed. The results showed that: Compared with non-heading Chinese cabbage and Chinese cabbage, the overbush type and the precocious type had higher MEA than the middle-late-maturing type. Adding a certain concentration of activated carbon into the medium can obviously promote the embryogenesis and development of microspore culture, especially for the promotion of low MEA materials.
