目的 :对磷酸钠液进行改良 ,旨在改善其口感 ,并观察清洁效果及安全性以评价其实用价值。方法 :选择1997年 3~ 8月拟行结肠镜检的门诊及住院患者 60例 ,随机分为两组 ,与电解质液对照 ,盲法评定清洁效果 ,以问卷方式了解其口感、耐受性和不良反应。结果 :改良后磷酸钠液的口感得到明显好转且优于电解质液 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;其不良反应、耐受性显著好于对照 (P <0 .0 0 5 ,0 .0 2 5 ) ,耐受良好者分别占 90 .0 0 %和 63 .3 3 % ;清洁效果略好于后者 ,但尚无统计学差异 ;无头昏、心悸、肌痛、抽搐等不良反应 ;血生化指标改变在正常范围内。结论 :改良后的磷酸钠液安全、有效、口感和耐受良好 ,值得推广运用。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the taste of sodium phosphate solution and observe its cleaning effect and safety to evaluate its practical value. Methods: Sixty outpatients and inpatients who underwent colonoscopy from March to August in 1997 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Compared with electrolyte solution, the cleaning effect was evaluated by blinded method. The sensory, tolerability and Adverse reactions. Results: The modified sodium phosphate solution had a significantly better mouthfeel than the electrolyte solution (P <0.05), and its adverse reaction and tolerability were significantly better than those of the control (P <0.05) .0 2 5), those with good tolerance accounted for 90.0% and 63.33% respectively; the cleaning effect was slightly better than the latter, but there was no statistical difference; no adverse reactions such as dizziness, palpitation, myalgia, convulsions, Blood biochemical changes in the normal range. Conclusion: The improved sodium phosphate solution is safe, effective, good in taste and tolerance and should be widely applied.
