目的:对苓连消痤丸进行药效学研究。方法:用液体-试管法37℃厌氧培养痤疮丙酸杆菌72 h,37℃培养金黄色葡萄球菌18 h,定量测定苓连消痤丸最低抑菌浓度,并观察其对醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性及巴豆油致炎剂所致小鼠耳廓肿胀的影响。结果:苓连消痤丸对痤丙酸肝茵及金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为0.125 g·ml-1,0.0625 g·ml-1;苓连消痤丸1.5 g·kg-1,3.0 g·kg-1能非常显著地降低醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管的通透性亢进(P<0.01);减轻巴豆油致炎剂所致小鼠耳廓的肿胀(P<0.01)。结论:苓连消痤丸有明显的抑菌、抗炎作用。
Objective: To study the pharmacodynamics of Qilian Xiaoyu Pills. METHODS: P. acnes was anaerobicly cultured at 37°C for 72 h in a liquid-test tube method, and Staphylococcus aureus was cultured at 37°C for 18 h. Quantitative determination of the minimum inhibitory concentration of Qilian Xiaoyu Pills and observation of mice induced by acetic acid were conducted. Effects of Abdominal Capillary Permeability and Crohn Oil Inflammation-Induced Auricle Swelling in Mice. RESULTS: The minimum inhibitory concentrations of Qilian Xiaoyu Pill against Hepatitis A and Staphylococcus aureus were 0.125 g·ml-1 and 0.0625 g·ml-1, respectively; Qi Lian Xiao Qi Wan 1.5 g·kg-1 3.0 g·kg-1 could significantly reduce the hyperpermeability of peritoneal capillaries in mice induced by acetic acid (P<0.01), and reduce the swelling of mice’s auricles induced by croton oil (P<0.01). . Conclusion: Qilian Xiaoyu Pill has obvious antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.
