“油压变换器的妙用”一文,曾对变压油缸的变流特性及应用作了分析。本文从流量放大和变压原理方面对变压油缸和差动油缸的特性和应用作进一步探讨。如图1所示,将增压油缸以差动回路的方式联接,当忽视泄漏流量时,则有以下关系式:Q_6 =Q_b+Q_c=(1+A_2/A_1-A_2)Q_b (1)式中:Q_b——油泵的供油流量;Qc——从高压腔流出的流量;Q_6——流入低压腔的流量;A_1——低压腔的活塞面积;A_2——高压腔的活塞面积;D——低压腔的活塞直径;d——高压腔的活塞直径。
