花青素苷(anthocyanins)成分和含量的分析是花色研究的重要内容之一。该文利用高效液相色谱-电喷雾离子化-质谱技术(HPLC-ESI-MS),建立了一种快速有效地分析烟草(Nicotiana tabacum)花冠中花青素苷成分及含量的方法。在保证良好分离效果的基础上,将分析时间缩短至15分钟,大大提高了分析速度,降低了成本,并成功应用于转基因烟草花冠中花青素苷成分的分析。为不具备高效分析仪器(如超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS))的一般实验室研究花青素苷合成相关基因在烟草中的异源表达提供了一种有效且实用的分析方法。
Anthocyanins (anthocyanins) composition and content analysis is one of the important aspects of color study. In this paper, a rapid and effective method for the analysis of anthocyanins in Nicotiana tabacum corolla by high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (HPLC-ESI-MS) has been developed. On the basis of ensuring a good separation effect, the analysis time is shortened to 15 minutes, which greatly improves the analysis speed and reduces the cost, and is successfully applied to the analysis of the anthocyanin components in the transgenic tobacco corolla. A general laboratory study of anthocyanin synthesis-related genes in tobacco that do not have an efficient analytical instrument (eg, UPLC-MS / MS) provides an efficient and practical Analysis method.
