凡事预则立,不预则废。做好销售前的准备工作,不打无准备之仗,对于销售人员尤为重要。每个人都可以有自己的计划,但是,销售人员的计划则需要更系统、更切合实际。在具体地做一项销售工作时,要了解销售区域、分析竞争对手、找到关键人物以及学会安排行程。
