目的对比分析泮托拉唑与雷尼替丁治疗门静脉高压性胃病(PHG)出血的效果。方法胃镜检查后确诊的PHG出血的住院患者85例,随机分成泮托拉唑组43例;雷尼替丁组42例。在综合治疗基础上,分别加用泮托拉唑和雷尼替丁治疗,就止血效果和不良反应进行观察。结果泮托拉唑组总有效率为95.2%,雷尼替丁组为78.1%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泮托拉唑比雷尼替丁对PHG出血更有效。 Objective To compare the effects of pantoprazole and ranitidine in the treatment of portal hypertensive gastropathy (PHG). Methods Eighty-five inpatients with PHG hemorrhage diagnosed after gastroscopy were randomly divided into pantoprazole group (n = 43) and ranitidine group (n = 42). On the basis of comprehensive treatment, respectively, plus pantoprazole and ranitidine treatment, to observe the effect of hemostasis and adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate was 95.2% in the pantoprazole group and 78.1% in the ranitidine group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Pantoprazole is more effective than ranitidine for PHG bleeding.
