一、新农保试点工作的实践情况2011年,平顶山市按照“稳步推进、规范管理、完善制度、优化服务、健全体系”的工作思路,继续强势推进新型农村养老保险(以下简称“新农保”)工作。继鲁山县2010年1月被定为首批国家级试点县以后,2011年1月,宝丰县和郏县也已作为第二批国家级试点开始实施新农保工作。
