近年来,我国高速公路的建设与运营管理已由平原微丘区向山岭重丘区推进,2007年9月建成通车的西汉高速公路就是山区公路的典型代表,该路户县至洋县山区段全长163km,横跨秦岭山脉,气候多变,地形多样,有隧道(单幅)150余座,单洞长度130km,其中特长隧道12座,长隧道16座,中短隧道122座,桥隧比例占该路段长度的66%。建成的隧道机电系统结构复杂,设备数量庞大,作为安全运营管理的有效手段,隧道机电系统的管理、使用及维护更显重要。结合5年多对西汉高速公路隧道机电系统的管护工作,本文在归纳总结、调查分析的基础上,针对隧道机电系统在通风、监控及供配电等方面的易发问题,分析原因,提出了改进的有效的措施并付诸实施,使隧道机电系统运行能够达到科学、安全、节能环保的要求,希望对其他长大隧道及隧道群的安全运营管理有一定的帮助和借鉴意义。
