目的 观察帕金森病 (PD)患者记忆障碍及电生理变化。方法 对 39例PD患者测试韦氏记忆量表及事件相关电位 (ERP) ,并与其临床因素进行相关分析。结果 PD患者主要为短时及瞬时记忆障碍 ,ERP的N2 、P3 潜伏期延长 ,P3 波幅降低。运动功能障碍程度、脑萎缩、抗胆碱药应用时间与N2 、P3 潜伏期呈正相关 ,与记忆商呈负相关。结论 帕金森病患者存在短时、瞬时记忆功能损害 ;N2 、P3 潜伏期延长 ,P3 波幅降低是ERP异常的主要表现。脑萎缩、抗胆碱药应用时间对记忆及N2 、P3 有显著影响。
Objective To observe the memory impairment and electrophysiological changes in patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD). Methods 39 patients with PD were tested for Wechsler memory scale and event related potentials (ERP), and their clinical factors were analyzed. Results The patients with PD mainly had short-term and transient memory impairment. The latency of N2 and P3 in ERP was prolonged and the amplitude of P3 was decreased. Motor dysfunction, cerebral atrophy, anticholinergic application time and N2, P3 latency was positively correlated with memory was negatively correlated. Conclusion Parkinson’s disease patients have short-term, transient memory impairment; prolongation of N2 and P3 latency and decrease of P3 amplitude are the main manifestations of ERP abnormalities. Brain atrophy, anticholinergic application of memory and N2, P3 have a significant impact.
