目的 :探讨T淋巴细胞亚群及GM -csf、IL - 1β、IFN -γ在鼻息肉患者血液中的分布特征及与鼻息肉的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化方法检测鼻息肉 5 5例及鼻中隔偏曲 2 4例血液中T淋巴细胞及上述淋巴因子的含量。结果 :(1)鼻息肉患者血液中 ,GM -csf高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;(2 )鼻息肉患者血液中 ,CD+3、CD+4 明显高于对照组 ,P值分别为 0 .0 0 2 78,0 .0 0 193。结论 :鼻息肉的形成、复发与血液中高GM -csf、CD+3、CD+4 相关
Objective: To investigate the distribution of T lymphocyte subsets and GM-CSF, IL-1β and IFN-γ in the blood of patients with nasal polyps and their relationship with nasal polyps. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect T lymphocytes and lymphokine levels in 55 cases of nasal polyps and 24 cases of deviation of nasal septum. Results: (1) In the patients with nasal polyps, the GM-csf was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05); (2) The levels of CD + 3 and CD + 4 in the nasal polyp were significantly higher than those in the control group Values are 0 .0 0 2 78,0 .0 0 193. Conclusions: The formation and recurrence of nasal polyps are related to high GM-CSF, CD + 3 and CD + 4 in blood
