通过查阅相关的文献资料,笔者从功能性训练的角度,深入学习功能性训练的定义和功能性训练的定位与发展,并且深入了解功能性训练的应用实践价值,力求为撑杆跳高项目的专项能力训练提供一些有效的方法和理论依据。研究结论得出,功能性训练不仅能够明显改善撑杆跳高运动员身体对应专项能力上的“弱灶”且对伤病的预防有着积极的意义,而且在核心稳定性与平衡能力训练上,对撑杆跳高运动员的专项能力的提高起到重要的作用。
