脓胸相关淋巴瘤(ｐｙｏｔｈｏｒａｘａｓｓｏｃｉａｔｅｄｌｙｍｐｈｏｍａ,ＰＡＬ)是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤,是在治疗顽固性肺结核或结核性胸膜炎时使用人工气胸所导致的长期肺脓肿空洞基础上发展起来的恶性淋巴瘤。1987年由日本的Ｉｕｃｈｉ等〔1〕首次报道并命名为ＰＡＬ。1
