将细菌内毒素脂多糖(LPS)作用于体外培养的人牙龈成纤维细胞(HGF),用倒置相差显微镜及显微照像、计算机图像处理系统观测了 HGF 向人牙根面的趋动附着和定向生长的变化。结果表明:细菌LPS 能够抑制 HGF 向人牙根面超动附着,干扰定向生长的细胞带的形成,表现为趋动延迟,附着方式不典型,定向生长细胞带范围变小,变稀疏,不连续,附着指数和定向生长指数下降。伴放线嗜血杆菌属和梭杆菌属的 LPS 毒力最强,次为拟杆菌属之 LPS,二氧化碳噬纤维菌属之 LPS 毒力较弱。
Bacterial endotoxin lipopolysaccharide (LPS) was applied to human gingival fibroblasts (HGFs) cultured in vitro.
