目的:探讨穴位注射骨髓间充质干细胞对心肌梗死模型大鼠室性心律失常的影响。方法:60只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、心肌注射干细胞组、穴位注射干细胞组,采用结扎左冠状动脉前降支方法复制心肌梗死模型,穴位注射干细胞组造模成功72h后心俞、至阳、膻中每穴位注入骨髓间充质干细胞0.3mL(1×1010/L),7、14、28天后监测心电图。结果:心肌注射干细胞组、穴位注射干细胞组室性心律失常与模型组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:穴位注射干细胞未增加室性心律失常的危险。
Objective: To investigate the effect of injection of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (AMSCs) on ventricular arrhythmias in rats with myocardial infarction. Methods: Sixty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, intramyocardial injection of stem cells group and acupoint injection of stem cells group. The model of myocardial infarction was replicated by ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery. Xinyu, Zhiyang, Langzhong per injection of bone marrow mesenchymal stem 0.3mL (1 × 1010 / L), 7,14,28 days after the monitoring of ECG. Results: There was no significant difference in ventricular arrhythmia between myocardial injection of stem cell group and acupoint injection of stem cell group compared with model group. Conclusion: Acupoint injection of stem cells does not increase the risk of ventricular arrhythmias.
