运用湍流理论和多相流动理论对不同二次风反切工况下炉内气流、煤粉颗粒运动进行了数值模拟。从消除残余旋转、稳定燃烧、防止结渣等角度比较了不同的二次风反切效果,并提出合理的反切方式,这对设计二次风反切具有指导意义。
The turbulence theory and multi-phase flow theory are used to simulate the gas flow and pulverized coal particle flow in different secondary air counter-cutting conditions. The different secondary air anti-cutting effects are compared from the standpoint of eliminating residual rotation, stabilizing combustion and preventing slagging, and a reasonable anti-cutting method is proposed, which is instructive for the design of secondary air anti-cutting.
