千山风景区的开发与营销推广策略研究

千山风景名胜区作为观光型旅游产品,具有历史文化悠久、古迹传说众多;地域广阔、旅游资源开发潜力大;是民众观光休闲度假的理想憩息地等优势。但在近些年的开发和营销中还有许多地方需要完善,如旅游品牌缺乏影响力;景区开发建设不到位;景区管理不够完善等。要解决这些问题,千山景区管理者应该做好以下几点:打造过硬的旅游品牌;深度开发旅游资源;加大宣传促销力度;将景区打造成居民便利的休闲憩息地。 Qianshan Scenic Area as a tourist-type tourism products, with a long history and culture, many historical sites and legends; vast area, the potential for development of tourism resources; is the ideal leisure and recreation of the public and other advantages. However, in recent years, there are still many areas where development and marketing need to be improved, such as the lack of influence on tourism brands; the development and construction of scenic spots are not in place; and the scenic spots management is not perfect enough. To solve these problems, Qianshan scenic area managers should do the following: to create a strong tourism brand; depth tourism resources development; increase publicity and promotion efforts; the scenic area into a residential and convenient leisure and recreation.
