小学语文教学中激励教育应用普遍,但是应用的成效参差不齐,主要是人们对激励教育的理解与操作有较大差异。要充分处理好正向激励与反向激励的运用时机,注意激励教育的差异性处理,做好激励教育方式的丰富化,从而有效地提升学生的接受程度。
Incentive education is generally used in Chinese teaching in primary schools, but the effects of application are uneven. The main difference is that people have different understanding and operation of encouraging education. It is necessary to fully handle the positive and negative incentives to use the opportunity to pay attention to differentiating the incentive education to do a good job of enriching the way of encouraging education so as to effectively enhance students’ acceptance.
