Scientists extracted the DNA of dinosaurs from a prehistoric mosquito amber that had sucked the blood of dinosaurs and successfully cloned the dinosaurs of the Jurassic era. This is the storyline in the famous science fiction film Jurassic Park. Researchers at the North Carolina State University in the United States published a new issue of Science that they successfully extracted soft tissue from Tyrannosaurus fossils, which may include blood vessels and blood cells. Through further research, it has also been found that these blood vessels and contents are similar in all respects to the blood vessels in the ostrich skeleton, which confirms to some extent the closest relationship between dinosaurs and modern birds. The scientific community believes that this achievement has both challenged traditional theories and brought new suspense to dinosaurs and other paleontological research.
