目前我国医疗体制改革不断深入,各级医院规模不断扩大,给医院的服务和管理带来了一定的难度。药剂科作为基层医院重要的部门,担负着全院药品供应、药物不良反应监测、接受药物咨询、药物申报生产以及研究等职能,是医院最大的科室。而药事服务是药剂科重要的任务之一,其服务质量直接关系到基层医院医疗、保健以及科研工作是否顺利进行,进而影响着整个医院医疗及服务水平和质量。因此,药剂科及其科室人员必须明确自身的责任和义务,以自身服务和医学发展方向为基础,全面提高药事服务水平,促进基层医院健康发展。本研究分析了基层医院药剂科药事服务的特点,并提出了加强药事服务的相关策略,以此提高基层医院药剂科药事服务水平,为患者提供更加优质的医疗服务。
At present, the medical system reform in our country continues to deepen, and the scale of hospitals at all levels is constantly expanding, which has brought certain difficulties to the service and management of hospitals. Pharmacy as an important department of primary hospitals, responsible for the hospital drug supply, adverse drug reactions monitoring, receiving drug counseling, drug reporting and production and research functions, is the largest department of the hospital. Pharmacy is one of the most important tasks in pharmacy. The quality of service is directly related to the smooth progress of medical care, health care and scientific research in primary hospitals, which in turn affects the level and quality of medical care and services throughout the hospital. Therefore, the pharmacy department and its staff must be clear about their own responsibilities and obligations, based on their own service and medical development direction, to comprehensively improve the level of medical service and promote the healthy development of primary hospitals. This study analyzed the characteristics of pharmacy services in primary hospitals and proposed relevant strategies to enhance pharmacy services so as to enhance the service level of pharmacy services in primary hospitals and provide more quality medical services to patients.
