清水中如果有杂质,很容易过滤分离。如果含油污泥中有大颗粒杂质,就很不容易分离了。甚至在国际上也是难题。但是胜利油田采油院三采所的科研人员攻克了这道难关。7月21日,从孤东八区34-C1011井现场上传来的消息是,该所科研人员研制的“含油污泥杂质分离装置”试运行已经第5天,从试运行结果看,该套装置能有效分离出含油污泥中的大颗粒杂质,分离后的油污泥悬浮液质量稳定,未再发生注入泵堵塞现象。
