现今就社会责任研究的核心在于一些成熟型大企业,鲜有涉及中小型企业的研究。随着市场环境的变更,社会责任问题在企业发展进程中的地位愈加重要,中小型企业也跟大型企业一样需要承担一定的社会责任。而企业中所涉及的社会责任大都与人力资源挂钩,这便对企业提出了新的人力资源管理要求。基于此,就社会责任的中小型企业人才管理模式问题进行分析,通过中小型企业人才管理过程中存在的问题,提出基于社会责任的中小企业人力资源管理新模式。
The core of social responsibility research nowadays is that some mature large companies rarely study SMEs. With changes in the market environment, social responsibility issues have become increasingly important in the process of corporate development. Small and medium-sized enterprises also need to assume certain social responsibilities, just like large companies. Most of the social responsibilities involved in the company are linked to human resources, which raises new requirements for human resources management. Based on this, the paper analyzes the problem of talent management of small and medium-sized enterprises with social responsibility. Through the problems in the process of talent management in small and medium-sized enterprises, a new model of human resource management based on social responsibility for SMEs is proposed.
